• Conmigo’s expert visa services are limited to helping you choose the right visa, review documentation, compile documents, and submit Singapore visa applications on your behalf. Please note that we are not affiliated with the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), any embassy, or official visa processing agents.
• The final legal decision to grant, deny, or limit the duration and entry count of a Singapore visa is completely at the discretion of the ICA.
• Whether you are applying for a Singapore tourist visa from India, coordinating a Singapore visa from Saudi Arabia, or submitting an application for a Singapore visa from Dubai, Conmigo’s visa team takes every reasonable measure to ensure that it meets official checklists. That said, we cannot guarantee final approval.
• The official government processing fee collected by the ICA is entirely non-refundable and non-transferable in all circumstances. As this fee is paid directly to the Singapore government, it will not be returned even if your application is rejected or withdrawn.
• Processing times and document and sponsorship requirements depend entirely on the applicant’s nationality (categorized as Assessment Level 1 or Level 2). This applies to all applications, including a Singapore tourist visa from Saudi or standard applications from the UAE.
• Applicants must provide authentic and complete information regarding their background and travel histories. Conmigo is not liable for application delays or entry bans due to typographical errors, omissions, or unverified documents provided by the applicant.
• Certain nationals must submit a formal Letter of Introduction issued by a local contact in Singapore who is a citizen or permanent resident. In this case, applicants must provide valid sponsor details when required, and Conmigo is not responsible for delays if a sponsor fails to satisfy this requirement.
• Holding an approved eVisa does not guarantee automatic entry into the Republic of Singapore. Border officers at Singapore checkpoints retain legal authority to grant or deny admission into the country.
• The ICA explicitly recommends that travelers do not opt for non-refundable travel bookings before an application is approved. Conmigo should not be held liable for any losses, such as canceled vacation packages, non-refundable flights, or hotel penalties, as a result of processing delays or visa refusals.
• All travelers must submit their mandatory SG Arrival Card and electronic health declaration within 3 days before arriving in the country.
