Begin your trip with a warm welcome in Tbilisi, followed by a deep dive into the country’s spiritual roots in Mtskheta, Georgia’s ancient capital. Explore iconic landmarks like Jvari Monastery, Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, and the majestic Trinity Cathedral. Stroll through the vibrant streets of Tbilisi, ride a cable car to Narikala Fortress, and soak in the views from Rustaveli Avenue.
Venture into the Caucasus Mountains to visit the Ananuri Fortress, Gudauri Viewpoint, and the legendary Gergeti Trinity Church—accessible only by 4×4. Then, head east to the lush wine region of Kakheti, where you’ll taste traditional bread and cheese in Badiauri, explore the hilltop town of Sighnaghi, and visit the serene Bodbe Monastery. Optional wine tasting at KTW Winery and a stop at Ujarma Castle round out the experience.

Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival
- TBA Landing at Tbilisi International Airport.
- Clearing immigration and customs.
- Collecting the baggage.
- Meeting with the company representative in the arrivals hall and transfer to the hotel.
- Assistance with check-in at the hotel (standard time – 14:00-15:00).
- Free time to freshen up.
- Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 2: Two Capitals – Tbilisi and Mtskheta
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- At about 10:00 am – Drive to Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia and one of the most important spiritual and cultural centers of the country. Visit Jvari Monastery and Svetitkhoveli Cathedral.
- Return to Tbilisi and visit Trinity Cathedral.
- Later, drive to the Old Tbilisi and start the walking tour to discover the beauty of the ancient capital – the walking tour starts at Freedom Square and includes Clock Tower, Bridge of Peace, Rike Park, Metekhi Church, Cable Car to Narikala Fortress (ride up by cable car), “Mother of Kartli,” and Abanotubani District (Sulfur Baths).
- Walking on Rustaveli Avenue – the main prospect of the city.
- Shopping at Flea Market and Gallery Mall.
- Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 3: Tour to Gudauri and Kazbegi
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- At about 09:00 am (!) – Start the tour of Mtskheta-Tianeti Region.
- Visit Ananuri Complex and Jinvali Dam.
- Continue driving to Gudauri and stop at the Monument, which is a good viewpoint for photo shooting.
- Drive to Kazbegi and change the transport to a 4×4 vehicle to ride up to Gergeti Trinity.
- Return to Tbilisi.
- Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 4: Tour to Kakheti Region
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- At about 10:00 am – Drive to Kakheti Region, known as the “Cradle of Wine” because of its world-renowned history and technology of wine making and unique varieties of grapes.
- On the way, in the village of Badiauri, taste the delicious local Bread and Cheese.
- Later, visit the “City of Love” – Sighnaghi, a beautiful town situated on top of a hill, surrounded by valleys and the huge Caucasus Mountains.
- Visit the nunnery of Bodbe.
- Return to Tbilisi.
- Upon request, guests can visit the KTW Winery and have a wine tasting.
- On the way back to Tbilisi, visit the Ujarma Castle.
- Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 5: Departure
- Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out formalities (standard time – 12:00)
