Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Gudauri through Ananuri
- TBA – Landing at Tbilisi International Airport.
- Clearing immigration and customs.
- Collecting the baggage.
- Meeting with the company representative in the arrival’s hall and transfer to Gudauri.
- First stop at Ananuri Complex and Jinvali Reservoir.
- Continue driving to Gudauri and visit the beautiful monument, which is also a great viewpoint for the mesmerizing mountains of the Caucasus.
- Free time for relaxation and enjoying the views.
- Later, check-in at the hotel (Standard check-in time – 15:00).
- Free time to freshen up.
- Overnight in Gudauri.
Day 2: Tour to Kazbegi & Dariali
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- At about 10:00 am, start the tour – drive to one of the most popular tourist destinations in Georgia – Kazbegi.
- First, drive to Kazbegi and change to a 4×4 vehicle to ride up to the top of the mountain and visit the Gergeti Monastery, surrounded by the huge, mysterious mountains of the Caucasus.
- Later, drive to Dariali Gorge, one of the most important historical centers of the country – the main border between Georgia and Russia.
- Optional: Walking tour to Gveleti Waterfall (2 kilometers each way) – survey the spectacular area and take beautiful pictures of the mesmerizing Caucasus mountains.
- Return to the hotel in Tbilisi and rest.
- Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 3: Two Capitals – Tbilisi and Mtskheta
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- At about 10:00 am – Drive to Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia and one of the most important spiritual and cultural centers of the country. Visit Jvari Monastery and Svetitkhoveli Cathedral.
- Return to Tbilisi and visit Trinity Cathedral.
- Later, drive to the Old Tbilisi and start the walking tour to discover the beauty of the ancient capital – the walking tour starts at Freedom Square and includes Clock Tower, Bridge of Peace, Rike Park, Metekhi Church, Cable Car to Narikala Fortress (ride up by cable car), “Mother of Kartli,” and Abanotubani District (Sulfur Baths).
- Walking on Rustaveli Avenue – the main prospect of the city.
- Shopping at Flea Market and Gallery Mall.
- Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 4: Departure
- Breakfast at the hotel; check-out formalities (until 12:00 pm).
- Free time until transfer.
- TBA – Transfer to the airport.
