- Access to facilities like changing rooms, showers, and locker rentals (chargeable), along with sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxation between rides.
- Life jackets are available free of charge at various park locations, mandatory on certain rides and recommended for weaker swimmers.

- Professional photography services, such as capturing photos or videos of your experiences in the park, are usually available for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy
- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Child Policy
- Children below 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of charge.
- Children above 3 years and below 1.1-meter height will be charged as child.
- Individual above 1.1-meter height will be considered an adult and charged as adult rate.
