Important Information & Terms
- Conmigo Travels reserves the right to modify or amend the itinerary based on local conditions or operational requirements.
- All transfers are provided on a point-to-point basis and are not available for personal use outside the defined itinerary.
- Tourism Dirham (local hotel tax) is not included and must be paid directly by guests at the hotel during check-in or check-out.
- This is a fixed departure package; therefore, all tours and transfers will be operated on a shared basis, unless a private arrangement is booked in advance.
- Arrival flights must land before 4:00 PM on Day 1 to ensure participation in the scheduled evening cruise.
- A minimum of 2 passengers is required to avail this package.
Booking Policy
In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Payment Terms
- Balance payment must be completed at least 21 days prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in the automatic release of reserved services.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
- Travelers must carry original travel documents, including a valid passport, printed copies of flight tickets, hotel vouchers, and land service confirmations.
- Online check-in is strongly recommended before departure to avoid last-minute airport delays.
