Please review them carefully to understand the conditions that apply to your selected travel package(s). These terms are applicable to all bookings made via our website.

1. Pricing

We aim to offer competitive pricing and a seamless online booking experience. Unless otherwise noted, all prices are per person and exclude additional costs such as tips, visa fees, travel insurance, meals, beverages, accommodation extras, and personal services (e.g., laundry). Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as changes in airline fares, hotel rates, or transportation costs.

2. Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment is required at the time of booking. You must provide your card details to complete the transaction, which will appear as a charge on your billing statement.

3. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. This confirmation acts as your proof of purchase and may be presented to service providers during your trip. Please ensure all details provided during booking are accurate to avoid processing issues.

4. Cancellation Procedure

Before cancelling, please carefully review the cancellation policy for your booking. Cancellations must be submitted to Conmigo Travels in writing. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm the cancellation and inform you of any applicable fees. We are not responsible for cancellation requests not received or not confirmed by us.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

5.1 Cancellation

    • Each activity, tour, attraction, or hotel booking is governed by its own cancellation policy. Please review the specific terms before finalizing your booking.
    • If a combo package is booked and one tour is cancelled, the combo offer is void. The cost will be recalculated based on the standard rate for the remaining service(s), and only the difference will be refunded.
    • Visa fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
    • Ensure all services in a combo offer are available at the time of booking. If any component is unavailable, only the accessible options will be provided.

5.2 No-Show

    • Failure to appear for any confirmed service (tours, transfers, etc.) will result in no refund. Rescheduling is not permitted for no-shows or missed services, including unused tickets or pre-booked transfers.

6. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out

If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will arrange accommodation of similar standard and cost. Check-in/check-out times are determined by each hotel and are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee early or late check-in/out.

7. Itinerary Changes

Travel itineraries may be subject to changes due to weather, flight schedules, or other unforeseen factors. In such cases, we will offer the best available alternatives of equal value. We reserve the right to make minor amendments without prior notice and are not liable for compensation in the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).

8. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that you carry valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, ID) for your trip. No refund will be provided for missed travel due to invalid or missing documents. Guests should check with their local consulate for up-to-date visa and entry requirements before booking.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as illness, injury, trip cancellation, or baggage loss. Conmigo Travels is not liable for any such incidents.

10. Website Usage & Restrictions

All content on this website—including logos, text, prices, images, and tour details—is the property of Conmigo Travels and is protected by copyright. You agree not to use this website or its contents for commercial, non-personal, or unlawful purposes.

11. Delivery & Shipping Policy

As per applicable laws:
“This website will NOT deal with or provide services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with the law of the UAE.”

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

“Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising from or in connection with this website shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.”
