Genting Dream Cruise – 3 Nights & 4 Days Singapore to Phuket

• Patong Beach & Bangla Road: Spend at least an hour or two at Phuket’s most famous beach, participating in water sports, exploring vibrant local street markets, and relaxing at beachside cafes.

• Old Phuket Town: It’s Phuket’s historic center, especially celebrated for its timeless Sino-Portuguese architecture, colorful shophouses, and local Thai street food delights.

• Wat Chalong Temple: Phuket’s largest and most revered Buddhist temple complex, known for its stunning architecture and sacred relics.

• The Big Buddha: This monumental, 45-meter-tall white marble statue, perched atop Nakkerd Hill, offers mindblowing 360-degree panoramic views of the island.

Depending on the cruise route, timings are as follows: 

• Day 1 (Singapore – Embarkation): Terminal check-in. Boarding gates close at 12:00 PM, and the ship sails at 1:00 PM.

• Day 2 (Phuket): The ship will be docked at Phuket’s Patong Bay or the Deep Sea Port, approximately at 3:00 PM.

• Day 3 (Phuket Departure & Sea Day): The ship departs from Phuket at 1:00 AM, so passengers must return to the vessel in time. Following boarding, guests spend the rest of the day at sea, exploring the ship’s high-end amenities. 

• Day 4 (Singapore – Disembarkation): The ship returns to the Singapore port at approximately 2:00 PM.

• Boarding: Complete your online check-in via the StarDream Cruises portal. Be sure to reach the terminal at least 3 to 4 hours before departure to avoid long lines.

• Travel Documents: All passengers must carry their original passport (valid for at least 6 months), a printed copy of the cruise boarding pass, and travel entry visas (if necessary).

• Infant & Minor Booking Policies: All guests must be more than 6 months old on the day of sailing. At least two guests (each at least 18 years old) must accompany infants (below 2 years old), and will be charged at a rate for infants. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied in the same or connecting cabin by a guest of at least 18 years of age.

• Health & Boarding Restrictions: Expectant mothers who have reached or entered their 24th week of pregnancy at any stage of the cruise will not be allowed to board. Similarly, travelers above 70 must submit a doctor’s certificate stating they are “Fit to Travel.”

• Safety Protocols: A 24-hour medical facility operates onboard for general emergencies and seasickness treatment; personal prescription items must be carried in their original pharmacy bottles, and guests with severe contagious symptoms may be isolated in their rooms for the safety of other passengers.

• Baggage Rules: Check large, heavy suitcases with terminal porters on the ground floor; also, pack a light carry-on backpack with your passport, important medications, and vital electronics for immediate use.

• Banned Items: For safety reasons, the cruise prohibits power strips, extension cords, clothing irons, room hot plates, drones, and e-cigarettes.

• Payment Methods: As the ship operates primarily on a cashless ecosystem, all expenses are charged directly to your stateroom keycard and must be settled before disembarkation in Singapore Dollars (SGD), major international credit cards, or approved digital wallets.
