Itinerary

Your Armenian getaway officially kicks off as your representative will welcome you at Zvartnots International Airport and then transfer you to your hotel in Yerevan. After check in, spend the rest of the day at your leisurely pace. Unpack and unwind or head outside to experience the city on your own.

Set off after breakfast to discover the capital, shaped by centuries of history yet filled with the energy of exuberant Armenian life. Pause at Mother Armenia, perched high above the city and offering a commanding overview of Yerevan. The next stop is at the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, where the atmosphere turns quieter and heavier at this touching place of remembrance.

The tour then brings you to the Cascade Complex, with enormous staircase that lets you climb through terraces dotted with art and sculptures. See the city gradually unfolding below as you make your way higher. When the weather is clear, look towards the horizon for a glimpse of the mighty Mount Ararat.

Back in the heart of the city, enjoy a drive through the elegant Armenian National Opera and Ballet Theatre before visiting Republic Square. Appreciate the grand façades built from Armenia’s distinctive pink and cream tuff stone here, which give central Yerevan much of its astounding charm and character. The square is also home to the city’s famous musical fountains, which come alive during their seasonal evening performances.

Round off your sightseeing at Vernissage Market, where you can slow down, browse, and perhaps find something exceptionally Armenian to take home. Shop for handmade jewelry, artwork, carved wooden pieces, carpets, antiques, handicrafts, and souvenirs, to name a few. Return to your hotel as the tour concludes.

After breakfast, join a full-day Tsaghkadzor, Lake Sevan Tour to experience Armenia’s most dramatic scenery. Your first stop is Tsaghkadzor, one of the country’s best-known mountain resort towns known for its stunning highland scenery. Visit the centuries-old Kecharis Monastery, set peacefully against the mountains, and, depending on your package, you may also have the chance for a thrilling ropeway ride.

Continue to Lake Sevan, perhaps the country’s most celebrated natural landmark. At a height of about 1,900 meters, this enormous freshwater lake appears like a sweep of blue tucked amid surrounding mountains. Make your way up the Sevan Peninsula to Sevanavank Monastery, tracing its origin back to the 9th century. The climb is worth every step, thanks to its elevated setting.

As the tour extends to Dilijan, see mountain landscapes giving way to densely forested hills. Set within Dilijan National Park, this charming resort town is astonishing for its greenery, fresh mountain air, and sheer tranquility. The last stop is Haghartsin Monastery, a medieval monastic complex hidden away in the forested mountains. Be in awe of timeless old stone buildings here framed by dense woodland.

The tour ends as you journey back to Yerevan.

With no day trips planned, wake up without hurry and savor your breakfast. Whether you want to revisit your favorite spots, linger over a refreshing Armenian coffee, or simply relax in your room, today is your chance to slow down and enjoy the capital on your terms.

Savor your last breakfast in Yerevan before checking out of the hotel. At the scheduled time, your transfer will take you to Zvartnots International Airport for your flight home. You can rest assured that you’ll arrive at the airport on time to complete all the formalities and board your flight.

Any entrance ticket that is not mentioned under the inclusions will be an additional expense. It is worth checking the final confirmed itinerary before traveling.

Daily breakfast at your hotel is included. Other meals are not included unless specifically stated in your confirmed package.

Keep your essential travel documents easily accessible. These include your valid passport, valid UAE Residence Permit, Emirates ID, flight tickets, hotel and land vouchers, travel insurance, and any other documents required for your journey. Hard copies should be carried as advised in the travel notes, and online flight check-in should be completed before departure.

That will depend on room availability. Standard check-in is between 14:00 and 15:00 hrs, so an early arrival does not automatically mean your room will be ready. Early check-in can be requested but remains subject to availability and may involve an additional charge. Standard check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00 hrs.

Earlier confirmation is advisable because both flight fares and hotel rates are dynamic and can change until the booking is confirmed. Hotel availability can change too. If the originally quoted flight or hotel becomes unavailable, suitable alternatives will be offered. Package rates are also not valid during applicable festive periods and blackout dates.

Full payment for the flights and hotel is required at the time of booking. Any remaining balance for the package must be paid at least 25 days before departure. If the balance is not settled by the deadline, the reserved services may be released.

Not necessarily. If war, a pandemic, natural calamity, or another force majeure event leads to flight or hotel cancellations, refunds will be governed by the individual policies of the airline, hotel, or relevant service provider. Every effort will be made to obtain the maximum possible refund, but a specific refund amount cannot be guaranteed.
